What you get
Prompts you choose
Start with ready-made reflection prompts, or write your own — anywhere from one to ten questions. Change them for just today or for every day from now on.
Mood and gratitude, tracked
Record how the day felt and what you're grateful for. Over time your average mood becomes something you can see rather than guess at.
Every entry a click away
Past entries are listed by date, so re-reading last month — or last year — takes seconds.
Private by default
Your journal is visible only to your account. It is never sold and never shared with advertisers.
How it works
- 1
Pick your prompts, or keep the ready-made ones.
- 2
Answer them in a few minutes each evening, with your mood and something you're grateful for.
- 3
Look back over weeks and months to spot what lifts your days and what drags them.
Questions people ask
What should I write in a daily journal?
Answers to a few consistent questions work better than a blank page: what went well, what you'd change, what you're grateful for, and how you felt. Becom's prompts cover these, and you can write your own.
Is my journal private?
Yes. Entries are scoped to your account; we don't sell them or share them with advertisers. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what we store and why.
How long does it take each day?
Most people take three to five minutes. You choose how many prompts to answer, from one to ten.
How much does it cost?
Every feature is free for 30 days with no card. After that it is ₹199 a month or ₹1,899 a year, including habits, goals and the Wealth Planner.
