Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Becom at becom.life, operated by Saarv Global. Using the service means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.

• You must be at least 16 to hold an account.
• Give us an email address you actually control — it is how we reach you about your subscription.
• Your account is yours. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your login.
• One person, one account. Do not share credentials.

New accounts get 30 days of full access. We do not take card details to start a trial, so nothing is charged automatically and a trial cannot silently turn into a paid subscription. When it ends, the account pauses until you choose a plan. Your data stays where it is.

• Two plans: ₹1,899 a year or ₹199 a month. Both include every feature.
• Payments are handled by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Nothing renews by itself. There is no stored mandate and no automatic debit — you renew when you choose to, and doing nothing simply lets access lapse.
• If prices change, we will tell existing subscribers before the change affects them.

If Becom is not for you, email us within 7 days of a payment and we will refund it in full, no argument. After that window we do not generally refund part-used periods, though if something has genuinely gone wrong, write to us and we will deal with it fairly rather than hide behind this paragraph.

Your goals, journal entries, finances and everything else you write remain yours. We claim no ownership of them. We store and display them so the product can work, and nothing more — see the Privacy Policy.

Do not use Becom to:

• break the law, or store material that does
• attempt to access another person's account or our systems
• resell, rent out or redistribute access to the service
• overload or interfere with the service for other people

We may suspend an account that does these things. Where it is reasonable to, we will tell you why first.

Summaries and lessons in the Learning Hub are written by us in our own words and link to the original works. They are our reading of an idea, not a substitute for the book, article or video, and the rights in those originals belong to their authors.

Becom is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and the Wealth Planner is a tool for organising your own figures — it is not financial advice. Decisions you make with it are yours.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your data permanently. We may close an account that breaches these terms. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data first.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email rather than made quietly. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
